Fees:
Receiving routine vaccinations does not have to be expensive. Individuals may qualify through special programs to receive vaccines at little or no cost.
Insurance:
If you have health insurance, the Ingham County Health Department will attempt to bill your insurance, however, cannot guarantee coverage of vaccines. It is the client’s responsibility to contact their insurance company prior to visiting to find out what their insurance covers.
Clients with no insurance or those who have insurance that does not cover routine vaccines, may be charged a sliding scale vaccine administration fee (currently $0-$23 per vaccine) based upon income. Check with the clinic to verify which vaccines qualify for this sliding fee scale.
