Ingham Community Health Centers (ICHC) is here to assist you with health coverage enrollment. ICHC can provide in-person assistant that will help explain the new laws and place you into a program that meets your healthcare needs. ICHC's outreach and enrollment team can also provide assistance with enrollment in the Marketplace, MiChild, Medicaid, and CHIPS

Healthy Michigan Plan (Medicaid expansion) is available as of April 1, 2014. Healthy Michigan Plan is health coverage for individuals that meet the criteria below:

Under 133% of the Federal Poverty Level
Not currently eligible for Medicaid
Not currently eligible or enrolled in Medicare
Ages 19-64
Not pregnant
