Monday through Friday: 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm

Allen Community Health Center provides the following services to adults 18 years of age and older:

    • Adult health care
    • Preventative care
    • Disease management
    • Immunizations
    • Women's health
    • Nutrition counseling
    • Community resource support
    • Behavioral/mental health services
    • Substance abuse screening and treatment
    • On-site health care enrollment

After Hours:
