Primary Care
General family practice services, annual physicals, minor office procedures, behavioral health counseling, nutritional services, and preventative health service.
Pediatric/Adolescent Health Care
Well Child visits, immunization services, sick visits and follow up and annual physicals.
School Based Health Care
Immunizations, flu shots, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, hearing/vision screenings, referrals for specialty care, HIV counseling and testing, pregnancy tests, sexually transmitted infection, mental health screenings, crisis intervention, counseling and case management.
Women’s Health
Prenatal services, pregnancy testing, obstetrics, family planning (Title X), Maternal Infant Health Program , gynecology services, breast and cervical cancer screenings.
Dental Care
Dental cleanings, dental x-rays, dental fillings, tooth extractions, oral cancer screenings, debridement, and minor surgical procedures.
