Home visits
The Native American Outreach Program (NAOP) conducts home visits with Indigenous families and individuals in Ingham County to help promote health: physically emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.

Who is eligible?
NAOP serves anyone who is enrolled with a state or federal tribe or self identifies as being American Indian, Alaska Native, and/or First nations.
