• Applying for medical insurance: Medicaid, Medicare and Ingham Health Plan. 
• Connecting to a medical home. 
• Applying for community programs: DHS, WIC, Food Bank etc. 
• Referring for assistance with Substance abuse, Domestic violence, Child abuse, Veteran's benefits and Legal assistance. 
• Information for Women and families about healthy stages of development and parenting information. 
• Connection to Community events and resources that are culturally relevant.
