Effective March 30, 2018, the Office for Young Children (OYC) is closed. 

The Resource Center services will continue to be provided by the Midland Education Services Agency.  You can continue to access the Resource Center via the toll-free number at 877-614-7328.  You may also access training resources on the new MiRegistry beginning in April.  The MiRegistry will support a variety of training needs, including keeping a transcript.
