The health and well-being of an individual is intertwined with the health of his or her community. In acknowledgement of that, ICHD partners and collaborates with a variety of local organizations and coalitions that work to create a community that encourages healthful living. In conjunction with Environmental Justice, this program is a resource for communities and other organizations to examine and study the health impact of urban planning, housing, transportation and other community infrastructure issues.
