The Native American Outreach Program (NAOP) works with Native American families and individuals within Ingham County to ensure an overall strong and healthy community.  

The NAOP can provide the following services to Native American families within Ingham County:

• Support and assistance in addressing your concerns.
• Information targeted to women, children, and infants including information on infant development.
• Connection to a medical home.
• Assistance in applying for medical insurance (Medicaid, Ingham Health Plan, and others)
• Assistance in applying for appropriate community assistance programs (WIC, DHS)
• Referrals for assistance with substance abuse, domestic violence issues, child abuse, veteran's benefits, legal assistance.
