Maternal-Infant Outreach Program

Maternal-Infant Outreach Program - (517) 887-4322
This program began in 1989 to promote access to prenatal care and prevent infant mortality with high risk pregnant mothers.  It is part of the Public Health Nursing program.  Support is offered to moms in their homes, and provides them transportation help to medical appointments if necessary.  The program also links new moms to many resources within the community.
