Seasonal Flu Vaccine Availability Update 11-2-09

At this time, the Ingham County Health Department will be offering seasonal flu vaccine to ONLY:

• all children aged 6-35 months,
• adults aged 65 years of age and older,
• persons aged 2-64 years of age with serious underlying medical conditions,
• all women who will be pregnant during the influenza season, and
• out-of-home caregivers and household contacts of children aged less than 6 months of age.

Any individual not listed in the above groups is encouraged to contact your local commercial establishment (such as a pharmacy or grocery store) to see if they are offering seasonal flu vaccine.
