The St. Lawrence Health Center is the medical home to patients enrolled under Medicaid, PHP Family Care, McLaren Health Plan, Ingham Health Plan, Barry-Eaton Health Plan, MIChild, Medicare, and those with no insurance.

Clinical services are provided to clients of all age groups by board certified family practice physicians and a nurse practitioner.  Support services available include nursing care and nutritional counseling.

Health care delivery through St. Lawrence Health Center has been designated to provide primary care, minor acute care, immunizations, management of chronic disease, health education, and referrals.  Categorical services available include TitleX/Family Planning and TitleXV/Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program requirements.

In 2003, St. Lawrence Health Center had 2,005 users who made 5,544 visits.
