The Ingham County Office for Young Children (OYC) serves as the Great Start Child Care Central Regional Resource Center. The Central RRC covers 10 counties: Clare, Clinton, Eaton, Gladwin, Gratiot, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Midland and Shiawassee.
Families can search for registered and licensed child care providers and other early childhood resources using the online statewide database, Great Start Connect.
