MDCH and Ingham County Health Department want to help!  Grant money is available to help make your home LEAD SAFE! 

Qualifications: 

• You have a child under 6 years old living in or visiting the home on a regular basis.
• You are a low-moderate income family
• You live in a home built before 1978
• Taxes are current
• Lead hazards are identified through a Lead Inspection/Risk Assessment 

What is Included? 

• Free Cleaning Kit, including cleaning supplies and door mats
• Free Lead Inspection/Risk Assessment ($500 value) and report of findings.
• Lead Hazard Control work which may include new windows & doors.
